Patriot Forge employees enrich their communities through volunteer services such as coaching local sports teams and involvement in various other charitable organizations.

Patriot Forge is committed to education and training. Patriot’s metallurgy department supports the engineering program at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario by supporting various student projects and mentoring young engineers. This commitment to education has served Patriot well; several successful McMaster engineering grads are now Patriot employees.

Patriot Forge’s manufacturing facilities are also involved in education. The production plants offer summer work experiences, co-ops, and apprenticeships for high school and college students.
