Responsibilities:

    •  Repair, rebuild and perform preventative maintenance tasks
    •  Weld, repair and perform maintenance of hydraulic and mechanical systems, gear
        boxes, machine tools, gas furnaces and overhead cranes
    •  Capable of rebuilding hydraulic cylinders and accumulators along with basic
        welding skills
    •  Maintain standard housekeeping (5S) in the Maintenance area
    •  Comply with company policies and procedures
    •  Perform additional responsibilities as required and appointment by management
    •  Work various shifts as required (Continentals)

Experience/Skills/Education:

    •  Provincial Certificate of Qualification an asset
    •  Technical Standards and Safety Authority Industrial Maintenance Technician
        designation considered an asset
    •  Strong hydraulic troubleshooting skills a must
    •  Must have own maintenance tools
    •  Excellent reading and interpreting machine assembly drawings and
        hydraulic schematics
    •  Basic computer skills
    •  Demonstrated communication, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills
