FORGE MODELING SOFTWARE

Patriot Forge’s Engineering teams utilizes modeling software to provide a number of advantages to our customers. Both 2D and 3D formats are used to create tooling models, forging dies, forging drawings, machining drawings (rough and finished), CNC tool paths, etc. Utilization of modeling software allows for increased speed, precision, and accuracy of design generation. 3D files can be shared with Patriot Forge to ensure absolute clarity before production and/or machining operations begin.

Patriot Forge regularly works with several platforms which are common among our customer’s industries. These software packages can be used to facilitate process simulation, also performed in-house. The advantages noted above allow Patriot Forge to be highly competitive, not only in price and lead time, but in solution based, customer specific offerings.
