FORGING SIMULATION SOFTWARE

Patriot Forge’s Process Engineering and Metallurgy teams can leverage the advantages afforded by simulation software by creating an approximation of a product before production begins. Patriot Forge currently uses simulation for prediction of heat treatment results and forge processing. Software simulation allows Patriot Forge to calculate results from complex processes and share these results with customers. This ultimately allows for lower scrap rate, faster lead times, reduced cost, and higher quality in all products. In addition, it allows us to work with customers to provide custom engineered solutions which improve product quality and/or cost and lead time.
