Dynamic manufacturing techniques, innovative products and continuous process improvements let Patriot Forge engineer the superior quality forgings we are known for. Our Engineering group employs new technological tools and past experience to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.

Our internal engineering phase begins at the quoting stage by reviewing forge tonnage, significant loading, and mechanical requirements of the forging. Our Process Engineering department then develops the optimal manufacturing process plan. Mechanical property specifications for the part can be ensured by using forging and heat treat modules in our simulation software prior to production, when required.
